Description of Services

We are part of the national Criterium Engineers. Criterium Engineers provides many building engineering related services from design to inspections. Our office provides home and structural inspections as well as many other building engineering related services. Only licensed engineers provide our services. We have engineers licensed in OH, KY and IN. We provide services from the Greater Dayton area south to the Greater Lexington and Louisville areas. All of our engineers have at least 25 years experience. We are fully insured for errors and omissions and general liability.
