We he have expertise in electrical systems and first time homebuyers. We recommend searching for your own home inspector regardless of who your Realtor recommends. This way there is no conflict of interest. We are ASHI certified and complete 20 hours of continuing education every year. We are honest and thorough woth our inspections. We are not afraid to upset Realtors. We represent you the buyer and are conxerned for your safety and satisfaction with your new home.
