Performing Inspections to ASHI & NACHI's Standards of Practice in Northern Co. & Southern Wyo.
Every inch of the property is inspected inside and out including all structural, electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. I will notify the client of any item that is noted. AHI provides quality color photos with every inspection with a detailed explanation. All inspections will be done to ASHI and InterNACHI standards.

Aaron has been in the housing business for over 35 years. He has worked as a skilled craftsman putting together many of the components which make up a home. He has also been a subcontractor then general contractor working with the subcontractors who helped build his projects. He has also worked with city, county, and state officials to make sure his clients ended up with the best product available. Always with a keen eye for mistakes and having the knowledge of how to fix the problem. Combine this with the knowledge learned from condinuing education requirements of both ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). Then you add training from ITA (Inspection Training Associates) Aaron will be a good choice to do your inspection.
