Description of Services

I work together with my wife, Lucia, to offer an expedited inspection and same day reporting for inspections in the Lafayette, Louisiana and surrounding Acadiana area. Lucia adds a second pair of eyes and a woman's perspective, as well as expediting the inspection process.
Prior to starting our inspection business, I worked for 30+ years in natural gas design, corrosion control and measurement/control operations. My education and experience give me a unique perspective in applying the principles of home inspection.
We encourage our clients to attend the inspection and try to offer flexible scheduling that will allow you to be present.
