Description of Services

I do certified residential and commercial building inspections. Including all phases of building inspection from foundation to the roof. Inspections include all major building systems. Additional services other than building inspections include construction punch out list, phase construction inspection, Log Home, Green Building, Maintenance Inspection. Building inspections are intended to give unbiased real time observations for buyers, sellers, and realtors. Inspections vary in time from 2-6 hours on site, depending on building size and characteristics, plus report preparation afterward. Clients are allowed and are welcome to come along on inspections to ask questions and get a good understanding of the inspection process.
