Description of Services

Since 1992 3D Inspection, Inc. has provided the highest quality professional services to the real estate market in Anderson, Greenville, Pickens, and Oconee Counties. We serve the inspection needs of buyers, sellers, absent property owners, banks, property managers and others. Clients are encouraged to be present at the inspection and are welcomed to question the inspector concerning his findings at the end of the inspection. With three inspectors in the office, we are normally able to schedule the inspection to meet the client's schedule. Inspection reports including digital photographs will be emailed to the client and his Realtor, if desired, within 24 hours of the inspection. If the client has no email capability, a report well be printed and delivered or mailed as agreed.
