I am a residential home inspector & am an active member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). Whether you are buying or selling a home, you owe it to yourself to have it inspected by a qualified & certified home inspector!
When I inspect your home I take all the data on my hand held smart phone I take pictures & meet with you at the end of the inspection to go over the major things I find wrong with the home. I then go to my office & sync my phone to my laptop for the purpose of proof reading & preparing your report. I also then upload the pictures to the report. When the report is complete I e-mail it to you usually within 12 to 16 hours.
