Description of Services

Eastern Iowa Inspection Services is a locally owned company that services Cedar Falls Cedar Rapids and all points between. A typical inspection will last from 2.5 to 3.0 hours and will examine all the major systems of the home. As a certified home inspector I take great pleasure in bringing you the client along for the inspection. I enjoy answering questions during the inspection. In my opinion the only stupid question is the one that went unasked. As we move through the inspection I will teach you the basics about the systems in the home. When we are all finished you will see a slide show of all the pictures we took with an explanation of each. Your report will then be sent to you via PDF in your email or you may download it from my website.
