Each year, NPI professionals perform tens of thousands of independent, objective inspections in the United States and Canada. We provide each customer with a state-of-the art report, which clearly explains the inspection results. We are trained to communicate the significance of each major and minor property concern. We carry errors and omissions (E&O) insurance to show that we stand behind the NPI report.

Education & Credentials

My qualifications include twenty years of home and commercial building inspection experience preceded by a ten year construction background. Further, I am a New Jersey Licensed Home Inspector (#24GI00011800), a New Jersey Licensed Building Inspector (RCS) and a New Jersey Licensed Radon Measurement Technician. I have been a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) since 1992. National Property Inspections, Inc. has recognized myself as a top inspector and presented me with a president's circle award seven-times.
