Jim Giuffre has 27 years of experience in the construction business as an electrician in commercial, residential and industrial buildings and has successfully completed the NPI training program and passed the NC and SC Inspector Association tests. He is a Certified ASHI Inspector, FHA Inspector and 2-10 Warranty Inspector. Jim has successfully completed all continuing education classes to date.

He is a member of ASHI, North Carolina Home Inspectors Association, Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce, Southport/Oak Island Chamber of Commerce, Brunswick County Association of Realtors, Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors, Better Business Bureau and the South Brunswick Rotary Club.
