HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS 30+- YEARS. LOCATED IN MIDDLETOWN BUT COVER SURROUNDING AREAS IN SOUTHWEST OHIO. BEEN INSPECTING HOMES SINCE 1975 WITH 20,000 HOMES INSPECTED. Real Estate has been my family business with my mother being a broker and having her own Real Estate Company. I do all inspection myself so that I know all work is completed and completed the best to my knowledge. I have an assistant to run my office and all aspects that are needed due to the fact that I am out of the office on a regular basis and somebody can be reached at anytime during business hours.
