John Evans, founder of AIM Home Inspection,Inc. provides very detailed inspections with a quality computer based report including photos. The report is uploaded to a password protected web site the same day as the inspection. We use the latest test equipment and attend continuing education courses. John always encourages the clients to walk through the inspection with him to discuss maintenance issues and any defects that are discovered during the inspection. John is mold certified.Radon and lead testing available.
