Patrick has been remodeling and inspecting homes for more than 20 years. As a Maryland licensed general contractor and home inspector, he has a diverse knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems with expertise in kitchen, bath, decking, flooring, siding and additions. With years of experience performing maintenance for commercial buildings, his expertise and professionalism are well respected in the real estate and building communities. ASHI trained and certified thru Inspection Training Associates he began inspecting houses with the John Heyn Company, one of the most respected inspection companies in the Maryland area. Patrick possesses an excellent working knowledge of construction products and building materials. His experience and expertise encompass the skills, knowledge and attention to detail needed to provide a thorough home inspection. He is a certified member of the National Association of Certified Home inspectors (NACHI) and a Maryland State Home Inspector, License #29962.
