ASKUS Consulting Services LLC is a full service home inspection for buyers, sellers and investors. Our Company Policy requires our staff exceed the requirements of both New York State and InterNACHI for continuing education and proficiency in the Home Inspecting Profession. Unlike some inspection firms we do not upcharge for older homes. Our policy is to treat our Clients as we would want our sons or daughters to be treated. Therefore, we do not charge based on square footage or sales price, nor do we do "one size fits all" package pricing. Call us for specifics regarding your needs.
