The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors has one of the the largest and most active message boards on the internet. I'll be the first to admit that I don't know everything there is to know about real estate. So if I find something that I'm unsure about, I can post a picture and a question on the message board and have information for my client within minutes. I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). I have passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination. I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it. I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them. I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year. I have completed ASHI Georgia Introduction to Professional Home Inspection Course.
