My company is owner owned and operated. I personally do all of the inspections. I focus on being thorough,honest, accurate and complete. I report the facts not my opinion. I am retired from Procter & Gamble. Because I am retired I can afford to take the time needed to give you a thorough inspection. My reports include digital pictures for clarity. I have lots of experience in maintenance, home improvement, and HVAC. I started my company in 2007. Clients are allways welcome during inspections.

I received my traing from the Professional Learning Institute. I am licensed with the state of Kentucky. I hold certificate in HVAC from Central Kentucky Vo - Tech. I have experience in home building, home improvement, mechanical maintenance, and building maintenence.
