Full time home inspection company, serving Chicago and all suburbs. We inspect single family, multi units, manufactured homes, light commercial properties. Infrared Thermal Imaging used at every inspection. All inspections done by the owner, we are not a franchise owned inspection company. We are fully insured, bonded, and licensed. We charge a flat fee for our inspections, and will accompany the client at the final walk thru at no extra charge. Member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
