My goal is to offer my client a complete and honest evaluation of their property along with the often comforting understanding that while most all homes have defects, most all defects can be repaired.

From the beginning, the primary focus of David’s business has been to accurately report the condition of the home and to help his client really understand the property. Without using technical jargon, he puts a special emphasis on helping his clients understand the true nature of any issues found in the home without alarming or frightening them, while offering helpful home maintenance tips to the prospective buyers.


David is a certified home inspector, licensed by the State of Tennessee (license #601), an affiliate member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, and is the current Vice President of the Oak Ridge Business Association.
