Our clients include Investors, Buyers, Lessees, Sellers, Lessors, Lenders, Portfolio Mangers of Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, Retail Stores, Lofts and Malls Multi-Unit Office and Apartment Buildings-Complexes.

Home Buyer and Home Seller Inspections by Certified Residential Inspections, Inc are available in: All areas of Chicago and all Suburbs in the Illinois Counties of Cook, DuPage, Will, Kane, Lake, McHenry, DeKalb and Winnebago.
Each of our home inspectors is State Licensed, maintains a full membership in the *ASHI American Society of Home Inspectors, *NAHI National Association of Home Inspectors and/or *NACHI National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, (*includes commercial building inspectors) has a minimum of five years full-time experience performing residential real estate inspections, participate in ongoing Continuing Education Programs (CEU's) and have completed over 1,000 fee paid property inspections.
