Hankey and Brown Inspection Service, ASHI Certified Inspectors, has provided professional home inspections since 1975. We include carbon monoxide testing on all inspections. We also offer radon testing, wet basement inspections, and moisture intrustion consultations.

We are experts in cold climate housing and understand how moisture affects Minnesota houses. We follow the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We have won the Angie's List (TM) Super Service Award 2001 -2007. Before we speak house, we LISTEN.
