A Smart Buyer Home Inspection has been performing home inspections for buyers and sellers in South Central Kentucky since 1998. Area of service includes a 75 mile radius from Burkesville in Cumberland County. This area includes the counties of Adair, Allen, Barren, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, Metcalfe, Monroe, Pulkaski, Russell, Taylor and Wayne.
Leigh Goodman has been a home remodeling contractor for 35 years. He holds Ky. Master Electrician License M24256ia. Leigh is certified by National Association Of Certified Home Inspectors, is a member of Ky. Real Estate Inspector's Association.
