Description of Services

At Seacoast Inspections our goal is to stay current and use the latest in technology. Each certified inspector is equipped with gas detectors, CO detectors, mini inspection cameras, and infrared cameras. Our goal is to present you the client with as much information as possible in a 3-4 hour visual inspection. Our narrative reports are 60-80 pages on average. We include digital pictures, thermograms as well as illustrated drawings that help you understand the issues. Each inspector is a member or certified in the following: ASHI, ASNT, ITC Building Science Thermographer. Most importantly we are fully insured.
