We conduct, Residential and Commercial Inspections for buying, selling, or investing property. When purchasing a home and you may like a professional with you or in your place for the final walk through, we will be there for you. When building a new home or commercial building, it is important to have an 11 month inspection to provide your builder with a punch list of all items needing his attention before his warranty expires. For lenders we conduct draw/phase inspections. Insurance companies request inspections on their insured properties at various times. Also we inspect, manufactured, mobile homes, condo's, townhouses, etc. We conduct FHA Inspections, and 2-10 Warranty Inspections. We are proud of our reports. They contain, digital photos next to anything marked defective, and the inspector makes note of positives of the property also, with digital pictures.
