I am proud to be one of the first licensed home inspectors in the State of Illinois (and I am the first home inspector with a website at mjsinspections.com), I perform pre-purchase home inspections, pre-listing home inspections, radon inspections and screenings, termite and wood destroying insect inspections and mold inspections and screenings and roof certifications (I am a liensed roofer). I am also an FHA-licensed 203(k) consultant, inspector and plan reviewer for the FHA 203(k) Rehab Mortgage Program.
