Description of Services

We are a local PNW home inspection company dedicated to providing you with the vital information necessary to make your next home buying decision. I started out as a framing contractor for 10 years before adding skills such as roofing, siding, finish carpentry and much more. I spent 3 decades in residential construction framing, building and remodeling homes. I have spent the last 10 years as a home inspector and now I have added a real estate license so I might help people pursue their dreams of home ownership. I am also a property manager so I can help fill those rentals and keep your property in tip top shape.
