ROHI is a Certified Professional Inspector with InterNACHI, Associate Member with ASHI, a NJ Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA) Licensed Home Inspector, Radon Testing Technician with the NJ Dept of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and a United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Certified Asbestos Building Inspector. We are certified to perform termite inspections, asbestos testing, and radon testing for your home or business.



ROHI is owned and operated by Dennis Blume, a residential and commercial home inspector, radon specialist, and asbestos building inspector within New Jersey. I have 20+ years of practical experience, including all phases of residential construction such as, framing, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, roofing, masonry, and landscaping, as well as 15 years experience within the environmental field as an environmental consultant, specializing in indoor air quality, mold, asbestos, lead-based-paint, and underground storage tank removals.
