Camelot Home Inspection Services specializes in the pre-purchase and pre-sale evaluation of single and multi-family residential properties on the CA Central Coast. We inspect single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes, four-plexes, manufactured homes, modular homes, and small commercial properties.

Established in 1994, Camelot Home Inspection Services is owned and operated by Martin Hewitt, a certified Master inspector member of the California Real Estate Inspection Assn. and a Certified inspector member of the American Society of Home Inspectors with over 27 years of home inspection experience. In California, where there is no licensing or regulation of home inspectors of any kind, dual certification with ASHI and CREIA demonstrates a dedication to ethics, education and service above and beyond the norm. Martin is currently the only Certified ASHI member and Master CREIA Inspector on the Central Coast. He has personally performed over 6,500 inspections. Martin is proud to be associated with these prestigious and credible home inspection associations, and is equally proud to not be a member of the InterNachi online certification mill.
