With 45 years of combined experience as a builder and real estate agent, you couldn’t ask for anyone more knowledgeable. His construction experience ranges from $10,000 additions to multifamily units. And, he has been involved in all phases of construction, from clearing the ground and pouring the footers to framing and finishing. He has built single-family and multi-family units.

With all this hands-on experience, Gregg can see problems that other real estate agents might miss. He also takes an interesting approach to help his customers: he limits his active listings to six at a time. We are unaware of any other real estate agent who does this. By limiting his listings, Gregg can laser-focus his attention on his clients.
