Virtus Inspections combines the 30+ years experience of full time building inspectors (residential & commercial) and engineering capabilities. All inspectors are employees & not subcontractors. We perform all inspections in-house with inspectors employed by VIRTUS. THIS IS IMPORTANT! Most, if not all, multi-inspector companies use sub-contractors who do not have the proper professional liability insurance. We do.

We have Professional Engineer and environmental specialist on staff each with 30+ years of professional experience. Our service area includes all of Central PA from the Maryland border to Williamsport, State College, and Scranton PA.
