Affordable Home Inspection LLC. is proud to off military and first responder discounts to all of our military currently serving or retired. To all of our police, fire, and medics that help keep us safe on a daily basis.
I take extreme pride in every inspection I do. I inspect every home as if my family and I will be living there. I am primarily looking for the structural issues ie. Foundation, posts, beams, support walls, roofs, however I notate every deficiency in the home. It is my job to educate my clients to the best of my ability so you can relax a little and make an informed decision regarding your purchase. I encourage you to ask as many questions as possible during the inspection and if you have questions regarding your home a year down the road please do not hesitate to call me anytime.

I have more 25 years of residential and apartment building experience. I have more than 10 years of residential and commercial building maintenance experience.
