45th parallel performs home inspection and related services in Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon in the Vancouver and Portland areas. We also have an EIFS certified inspector and perform EIFS, stucco, and stone veneer inspection and moisture testing. Other ancillary services include Radon testing and sewer line video inspections otherwise known as sewer scopes. Quick scheduling and reporting. We work weekends. Discounts for veterans and repeat customers. Will travel to surrounding areas such as Cowlitz and Skamania counties.
