I do complete Home Inspections following the Illinois Standards of Professional Practice. Each inspection includes the Exterior/Foundation, Roof, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Electric, Interior, Kitchen, and Bathrooms. I will provide you with a customized comprehensive computer generated report that is well-organized and easy-to-read. Your home inspection report can be printed, e-mailed, or faxed to you, your agent, and/or your lawyer.
