I am the owner of Black Hawk Home Inspections, LLC. I provide prompt home inspection reports with a detailed checklist, photographs, and a thorough summary in a digital format; hard copies are available upon request. I can assist home owners with pre-listing inspections so they know what issues they might be facing prior to listing their home; I can assist buyers with a detailed inspection so they know what kind of issues they might be facing with a home before making one of the largest investments in their lives; I can also assist homeowners who are just having persistent problems with their existing home and need technical expertise on identifying the problem and potential solutions as well as referrals to professionals who can help them fix their problems. I have worked in the Building Design, Construction, and Facilities Management Fields for the last 28 years. Specifically I have worked in the Facilities Management and Construction fields for the last 18 years and have managed some very large holdings over my career. My last position had me responsible for 854 buildings. In my career I have managed over a billion dollars in construction, remodeling, and maintenance projects.
