Description of Services

American Inspection Service,Inc. has been in business for 29 years,serving Charleston, Dorchester, Berkeley and Colleton counties.We use Home gauge Home Inspection reporting software which includes pictures and descriptions of defects for repair or replacement. Certified Inspectors by The American Society of Home Inspectors, ASHI, and members of the South Carolina Association of Home Inspectors, SCAHI. We attend quarterly education sessions for ASHI and SCAHI. ASHI Certified Home Inspectors have to complete 20 hours of Continuing Education each year to maintain Certification. The test to be a member of ASHI is a very comprehensive test that is conducted by a proctor.
