I am an independent certified Rhode Island home inspector and a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, NACHI in addition to being an FHA/HUD Compliance Inspector. My report is a comprehensive computer generated report, (a sample is included below), with multiple digital pictures of all my findings. The report is clear and easy to understand. You will have access to your report in less than 24 hours unless previously agreed upon. (I can also send a copy of your report anywhere at your request.) After you review your report, you will feel confident that I was thorough and had your best interest in mind.

I am a mechanical engineer with over 30 years construction experience, the past 7 in project design and management. My construction experience and education background allow me to apply my skills and knowledge wisely and gives me the special ability to find problems. I realize that the home you currently live in or would like to purchase or sell , is a huge investment, and it is my job to do my best to protect you from major defects. My goal is to help you understand the implications of my findings and direct you as necessary to a corrective resolution.
