The company was formed in response to a growing need for knowledgeable and experienced construction professionals who where able to transition into the Building Inspection profession. From support staff in the office to the inspector on the site the client starts our engagement with an individual that possesses at least 20 years of experience.All field staff obtain at least 20 hours of continuing education and generally much more than that. Building and Construction is a rapidly changing profession requiring regular updates in order to provide a level of excellence expected by a professional inspector. We establish a relationship with each of our clients that lasts for years. They know we provide quality information in a reasonable time frame,and that we are an excellent investment.

Past Adjunct Professor in Massachusetts educating future building inspectors the professional manner in which to examine and report on a building. We are licensed in NC and SC and have been licensed in MA,NH and VT.Currently on the ASHI board of directors, holding appropriate degrees in business,engineering and over 2000 hrs of continuing education.
