A home inspection is a valuable component of the home buying and selling process. Inspections are also can be utilized outside the realm of the buyer and selling process. Examples include "as you build", HVAC, a new roof, new plumbing, pools and spas, yearly maintenance advice, insurance claims, and much much more. The intention of having a inspection is to provide the home buyer, owner, or real estate professionals with information regarding the condition of the systems and structural components of the home at the time of the inspection. Based on the inspection, further evaluation may be recommended and common issues will be identified. The inspection is an objective, visual, nondestructive review of the operating systems and structure of the home. Krista of Jackson, OH stated: "You are doing a wonderful job--the clients are very pleased with your work--you are my new go-too guy!
