Description of Services

We’re ASHI certified (American Society of Home Inspectors), and have more than 16 years’ experience as a residential contractor. We’ll follow ASHI guidelines, the most stringent in the industry. That means you can trust our input, because to be certified, we must:

Pass the National Home Inspectors exam

Conduct all inspections using ASHI Standards and Practice, and

Obtain a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education per year.

When you contract with us, we’ll make sure you and your agent received a detailed report the day as the inspection. We always hope to have you on site as we complete the inspection, but don’t worry if that’s not possible. Your report will be so detailed and easy to read that you will think you were there.
