Description of Services

All inspections are performed by Tony Di Ioiro, a retired Major, US Army Corp of Engineers who holds a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.  He has +35 years of construction management experience. His unique training and experience comes from his role as Quality Control Manager and Construction Manager of many different types of building projects, both residential, and commercial.  Not in the office but on the job site!  

We schedule inspections seven days a week, yes even on Sundays.  Our phone is always answered LIVE, by a knowledgeable staff member, weekdays between 8AM and 7PM and Saturdays between 10AM and 3PM.  If you prefer to schedule online.
