Description of Services

Professional Certified Property inspections, Commercial and Residential. Radon, Mold, Wood Destroying Insect, Green Energy. Due to the amount of systems covered and individual system complexities, a typical home inspection can take up to 3-4 hours to complete. The size of the home being inspected is also a factor in how long an inspection will take. The client’s inspection report will be provided as a digital copy by email or download. A paper printed copy of the report is also available. The report will include information on the covered systems along with several color photos and descriptions of any areas of concern. We will also personally go over the report with you and answer any questions or concerns that you may have about the report. Access or copies of the report are provided to the client requesting the report only & will not be shared with any realtors or home owners without a signed release with permission from the client to do so. The only exception to this rule would be in the case of an immediate safety hazard discovered during the inspection. In this case the home owners, home occupants, and the homeowners agent will be notified of the hazards discovered.
