I service marshall,tama,countys along with 8 ajoining countys with no mileage charges.I inspect your home from the street through the exterior,attic and interior and all windows,appliances and electrical componets. I have a 30+ page report that is easy to read and understand with digital photos and illustrations explaining issues and recommendations for repair and safety issues. Each part of the home has a seperate page of information pretaining to the issues and condition.
