Description of Services

Established in eastern Oklahoma, Fulbright Home Inspections is local and involved in our community. Our price is based on square footage (12¢ per sq. ft.) Some home components such as a crawl space, additional heat/air zones, swimming pool, sprinkler system, water well or septic tank will have an additional fee. Fulbright Home Inspections will give you an exact price when you call. There is a minimum fee regardless of home size. Please call for our current price. Commercial inspections are priced individually.

A Free 90 day warranty will be included with all premium inspections: Basic Inspection and HVAC duct scope.

OUR HIGH LEVEL OF TRAINING:
Our inspectors have passed the national exam. Approximately 1/2 of Oklahoma Inspectors have not passed any national exam.
