Description of Services

We are a full service home inspection company whose mission is to make sure the home buyer is fully informed when it comes to buying a property. I am NY and CT licensed with 30 experience in the contracting business. If there are repairs that need to be made my experience allows me to give approximate estimates for work that should be done. Every client I inspect for is encouraged to walk along with me in order to understand fully what they will be buying into. I welcome all questions and will always make myself available after the inspection is complete. I write a full and comprehensive report, with pictures, explaining everything that should be repaired, updated or corrected for safety reasons.
