Most inspections are completed within 2 1/2 hours. I welcome prospective buyers and sellers to follow me through the property as I perform my inspection. I am there to assist the buyer / seller in any way possible.

The majority of inspection reports are delivered to the client within a 24 to 48 hour time frame.
