Hello, My name is Edward A. Beard, I opened Wayne County Home Inspection Services in 2000, after 6 yours in a maintenance position at Oberlin College in Oberlin Ohio, I have working in the fields of new construction plumbing with Bellman Plumbing in Elyria Ohio and Home framing. I have also completed course work in Heating & Cooling At the Lorain County JVS, as well as 2 courses in Home inspection. In 2005 I started performing Draw Inspections and now I'm a subcontractor for 4 International Draw Inspection companies. I am a member of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and completed all their requirements as well as all testing. You can rest assured that I'm a qualified Home Inspector and will perform to the best of my ability for you and your family. In addition to being a Home Inspector I am the owner & operator of Tri County Recycling in Wooster Ohio, we have been open sense 2009.
