Perspective Inspection Services is a Home Inspection service founded by Tom Hermes in December of 2001.Tom has been providing Home Inspection services for over 12 years from his current location, a quaint neighborhood in De Pere, Wisconsin.

Tom is committed to providing the highest level of quality and service to his clients. He maintains both mandatory and voluntary continuing education requirements. In addition, his inspection reports are completed in compliance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and the International Code of Ethics.
Tom uses the latest in inspection tools, technology and reporting software; and offers specialized and ancillary services, in addition to standard, full home inspections, so that he can meet your specific inspection needs.
A thorough inspection requires a lot of work, and it ultimately depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.

Description
Prior to becoming a full time Inspector, Tom worked as a Carpenter and Project Superintendent in the commercial and residential building trade for 25 years. Tom is a Wisconsin State Licensed Home Inspector and a certified member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the most exclusive inspector association in North America, with the most extensive pre- and post- membership testing requirements. Only a small top percentage of applicants are accepted as NACHI members, the Standards of Practice of which is the industry standard.
