My company, Root River Inspections, is dedicated to providing you, my client, with the best Minnesota Residential & Commercial Property Inspection service possible. When you are searching for a home, looking to sell your current residence, or are in the market for commercial property, a property inspection is a crucial part of the process. I strive to provide an unbiased, independent, professional inspection on your future property. This is normally the most expensive purchase you will ever make, so this is not the time to skimp a few dollars on a cheap inspection.

I perform no more than 2 inspections per day. Why? Because each client deserves my very best effort on site and during the report writing process. Your report is not a "cookie cutter" or "checklist" report. There are full narratives, with as much detail and description as possible, along with color photos.

My residential inspection clients also recieve a very informative maintenance book with their inspection. This book covers the house systems, maintenance tips, troubleshooting, and even advice on when to call for a professional's assistance.
