Dan Lindeman has been in the inspection business for over 9 years. But has been in the buildings trades for over 26 years. He has seen it all and knows what he is looking at when he inspects a property. He is a team player working to provide a worry free transaction. We want a well informed home purchaser, because this makes a happy home owner. I pride myself in being able to explain a defect with out causing undue fear and worry. Proper information reduces the fear of the unknown. When on the site we do our best to go from top to bottom and all points in between. Here at Tri-State Property Inspections we offer full Home Inspections with fees based on sq footage. We also offer Certified Pre-inspections with a free re-inspection for the seller after repairs. We do well water sampling/testing, Septic evaluations, Roof Inspections Pool and Spa Inspections and Radon sampling
