Description of Services

Serving Henry County and the South Metro Atlanta area, our inspections exceed the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics established by the American Society of Home Inspectors. We provide our clients with a computer generated report that includes detailed explainations and pictures of our findings. For Your convenience we have lock box access. You are welcome to be present for the entire inspection but we generally take up to 4 hours so if you prefer, you may want to arrive for the last hour and we will discuss our findings and any concerns you may have. We also accept credit card payment of our fees thru PayPal on our website.

Education & Credentials

Bobby has 20+ years in commercial maintenance management and inspection. Trained at Inspection Training Associates specifically for Home Inspection. Active member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and ASHI Georgia. Successfully passed all training requirements of ASHI including Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Successfully passed the National Home Inspectors Examination.
