TREC-licensed Professional Home Inspector. As a third party, we bring our years of experience in the building trade to help provide you with the information you need to make a prudent decision about the purchase of a property or to get your property ready for sale. We take three to four hours (depending on size and age of the property) inspect the property for you INSIDEOut and from top to bottom. When we have completed the inspection, we'd like to walk you through our most significant findings. Then we prepare an easy-to-understand, detailed, professional report of our findings complete with photographs to help you pinpoint key issues.
